![]() Supervisor of Parks and Facilities - Steve Legerton.The department is divided into several divisions under the direction of Director Ricky Foster who is supported by: Maximizing operations by maintaining the township's fleet of vehicles and equipment.Promoting environmentally sound living by collecting leaves and recyclable materials.Enhancing public health through the collection and disposal of household solid wastes. ![]() Maintaining the township's roads, storm and sanitary sewers, parks and other infrastructure.If work is done without permits 1st being obtained, administrative actions may be taken.Īll inspections, with exception of electrical work, will be done be a Radnor Township Code Official.The mission of the Public Works Department is to enhance the quality of life in the township by doing the following: Emergency inspections will be handled on a call 1st basis.The contractor is responsible for notifying the Code Official for an inspection of work, and the contractor must accompany the Code Official during the field inspection. All permits issued are required to have field inspections by a Code Official.Complete applications for permits must be submitted to the Department of Community Development and shall include all required information.All information requested on the Mechanical / HVAC permit application must be provided or the permit will not be issued.HVAC Contractors are advised of the following:.In accordance with the Uniform Construction Code (Act 45) a $4.50 surcharge will be added to each permit issued for building, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical work. ![]()
